Ready to be part of an incredible team and lead them to success? Are you an old hand at hospo looking for your next challenge? We need a strong and cheerful Restaurant Manager to be part of our amazing team!
What we need from you:
Be a highly organised individual with an eye for detail
Thrive in a bustling environment and strive to lift our team members up during a busy service
Provide training for our amazing front of house team, leading by example and developing & nurturing their skills
Be customer-focused and ensure all guests feel welcome in our establishment
Have experience organising and managing large functions & events
A minimum of at least one years' experience in a busy hospitality environment or similar
Strong knowledge of barista, cocktail, and wine service, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - a can-do attitude
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to maintaining the high standards of Beach Bar and dedication to making our business a success!
Flexible availability over days, nights and weekends. Availability over the festive season is a must
Current DM Certificate required

We are always looking for the next FOH star, so if Restaurant Manager isn't for you but you want to express an interest in joining our team we have several front of house roles available at Beach Bar.
In these roles you must have at least one year experience working in a fast paced front of house role or similar.
Position requires outstanding customer service and the ability to serve food and beverages while simultaneously delivering smooth and efficient service. Our crew are encouraged to showcase their personalities and have fun, all while maintaining professionalism and guest care.
These roles can be full time or part time - with loads of hours available over summer!
