Flower Pickers $$$ Late October 2024

Contract (piece rate) (not low hourly rate) Kiwifruit Flower Picking.
Potential to earn really good money. You get paid for what you pick $$$$
Suitable for self motivated energetic people with a high level of fitness. If you can pick kiwifruit fast you will do well at flower picking.
All Male (best orchards to make $$$) in Edgecumbe area lasts approx 2.5 weeks starting approx 26-28th Oct then we change to another all male Orchard in Oropi area for another week and a half.
Should you fall below minimum wage (unlikely) we will top your up to minimum wage :)
Approx 3.5- 4 weeks of earning awesome money if you are fast and focused.
Hours of work will vary in bad weather etc but spring weather is usually pretty stable. Our best exceptional pickers have earned $60+ dollars gross per hour, a good focused picker makes $30-40 gross per hour based on past seasons.
Must be over 165cm tall male or females. Our best picker last year was a hard working female.
Must be self motivated and hungry for $$$ and not afraid to work for it :))
Suit locals students friends and backpackers singles or groups.
Suit people with own vans, there are 3 camp grounds within 30 mins of orchards who have deals for long term stays of over 2 weeks and many freedom camping areas by beautiful beaches around the area.
Must have own transport, people with vans to sleep in preferred as accommodation is very limited in the area.
