Wanted: Bartender at the Duke of Marlborough Hotel
Ever dreamed of mixing drinks in a historic hotel with views so stunning, you'll need sunglasses indoors? Well, your moment has arrived! The Duke of Marlborough Hotel in the beautiful Bay of Islands is looking for a Bartender with skills, personality, and maybe a secret talent for making the perfect cocktail... or at least pouring a decent beer.
This role is for our summer season and will support our fabulous front of house team
What we’re looking for:
- Bartending experience is great, especially in a larger restaurant like ours.
- A big smile and customer service skills that’ll make people tip just for the banter.
- The ability to stay cool when the bar gets busy (it’s like juggling flaming bottles... just without the flames).
- Legally able to work in NZ (being able to wink and deliver a one-liner is a bonus). We will not be providing sponsorship
- Minimum 3 months commitment—just enough time to fall in love with Russell and never want to leave!
