General Manager/free Ski Pass $30-$40 Per Hr

The Dubliner Irish bar and restaurant is a multiple award-winning venue located in Methven, Mid Canterbury, over looked by Mt Hutt ski field to the north west and the Rakaia River to the east providing a variety of outdoor experiences.

Methven is the new hot spot with the arrival of the amazing Opuke hot pools last year and we are already experiencing huge growth in our business and now gearing up for ski season and beyond.

We want to offer the right candidate a General manager position at our busy venue. This is an opportunity not to be missed. Your responsibilities will include,

Opening up and closing down procedures.
Money handling, cash ups and balancing tills.
Stock control and ordering
On boarding and training of new staff
Weekly and monthly reporting
Maintaining standards of service and the general appearance of the bar and restaurant.
Planning and strategising
Greeting, hosting and servicing our customers
The maximum hours will be 50 per week, minimum 30 per week

We are seeking an experienced bar/restaurant manager to lead restaurant operations team.
A Duty managers cert is preferable but not essential. You will require a working holiday visa or a resident visa.
