Warehouse Team Member - Fixed Term

Daltons are looking for motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Team based in Matamata to help us out during our busy spring and summer season. Our Warehouse operates Monday – Friday with some Saturdays as required.

The role is fixed term likely until the end of January 2025. Generally hours are 6.30am – 5.00pm and 6.30am – 12 noon on Saturdays

What you will do:
• Accurately pick and pack pallet orders of growing media and landscape supplies.
• Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
• Inventory Control
• General Warehouse duties including operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

What you will need:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Be able to follow instructions and have a strong focus on health and safety.
