Job Description
Enjoy working in a beautiful location, directly opposite St Clair surf beach in Dunedin in our busy and vibrant Italian restaurant.
You will need at least 3 years experience in a fast, busy Italian style pizzeria;
You will be confident and experienced in hand stretching dough;
Experienced with the production of slow rise dough;
You will be skilled in cooking in a wood-fired pizza oven during a busy service;
You will have a positive outlook with excellent communication
Our roster provides a combination of day and evening shifts, with two days in a row off each week.
We have an amazing and very stable kitchen team of international and local Chefs & well developed systems.
