Job Description
We are ready to open Piccolo, Dunedin's first Italian Wine Bar, at St Clair beach.
Piccolo Bar - Pizzette, Salumi, Good Wine and Cocktails ...and takeout pizza and wine!
If you are skilled bartender or server looking for a fresh start this is the perfect opportunity to join our special new spot at St Clair beach. You will need to commit to a minimum of 4 months with us and ideally more.
Wine knowledge is a plus - if you don't have this, no problem, we have someone who can teach you all you need to know.
Speed and precision - being a skilled bartender you'll work quickly and efficiently, for bar service and dispense. Floor staff can confidently carry multiple plates and a tray and be quick moving
A minimum of two years bar tending or table service experience
You'll be working with an experienced team with well developed systems, which means we work smarter not harder.
Pay is dependant on your experience; we will make sure you are well remunerated, fed and looked after.
We balance our employees interests outside work and build our roster around this.
