Support Chef - Ski Town

In this wonderful historic building you’ll become a part of an awesome team serving delicious food to customers after a day’s adventure in this awesome part of the country. The Blue Pub is well known for being the "go to spot" after a busy day skiing at Mt Hutt, we offer live music, entertainment, food and drink that brings in customers from all around the globe!

We’re searching for people that are passionate about food and team work, to join us in 2024 ski season and beyond.

This position is a full-time role in the kitchen, assisting the chef with the daily operations of the establishment. For the suitable candidate, part-time opportunities may also be considered. Our kitchen operates seven days a week, with hours extending from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM at the latest.

About You:

The ability to follow directions and be a team player
Able to work within a fast paced environment
High energy, enthusiastic and strong work ethic
Strives to provide outstanding service every shift
Must be available weekends and evenings
You have previous experience in a busy kitchen, grill experience preferred.
Friendly, approachable, with a “customer comes first” attitude.
