Hotel Housekeeper

Our busy and well-established Wellington-central Motels, are looking for dedicated and hard working housekeeping staff to join our team. If you have a good eye for detail and are good at working with others, then please send us your CV (with references).

This is a casual position, but there are potentially very good hours on offer. This is day-time work. Work-days usually start between 8am and 8.30am, for a minimum of 3 hours. Shift hours differ depending on how busy the motels are. We are looking for people who can work week-days and/or weekends. This role is flexible, and can be negotiated to suit you.

Successful candidates must be available to work during the summer months. We do not have WINZ members staying on our premises.

Some job tasks to name a few:

Mopping and vacuuming;
Wiping down surfaces;
Using disinfectants and other cleaning products;
Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms;
Dusting;
Moving furniture on occasion;
Cleaning common areas;
Friendly and respectful towards peers and clients; and
Notifying management of any necessary maintenance.
