Hours: 45 hours per week (9 AM - 6 PM or 4 PM - Late)
Location: CBD, Auckland
Roster: Rotating roster
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced receptionist to join our busy salon in the heart of Auckland's CBD. This full-time role involves a rotating roster, with flexible hours including evening shifts. As our salon holds a liquor license, the successful candidate must be willing to obtain an LCQ or Duty Manager’s Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Handle phone and email inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments with precision.
• Regularly update and maintain social media platforms.
• Complete daily administrative and reception tasks.
• Keep the reception and salon areas clean and organized.
• Manage liquor service in compliance with our liquor license.
Requirements:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
