Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Cellar Door Hosts for the summer holiday period. This role is ideal for university students or people on a working holiday visa who are looking for flexible work in a vibrant setting. As a Cellar Door Host, you will be the face of our winery, welcoming guests, conducting wine tastings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with visitors, offering a warm and welcoming experience.
• Conduct wine tastings and provide guests with information about our wines and the winemaking process.
• Assist in the sale of wine, merchandise, and memberships.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the cellar door and tasting areas.
• Support with events and functions as required.
• Assist with other duties as needed to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications:
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for wine and willingness to learn about our range.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods.
• Must be 18+ years old.
