Join Our Customer Service & Picking/ Packing Team!

Are you outgoing and love working with people? Do you have experience in a customer-facing role like retail or hospitality? Do you also enjoy working outdoors and want to work in the field on our strawberry farm? If so, we want you on our team!

We're looking for friendly individuals with a positive attitude to fill various customer service roles at our PYO strawberry farm. Whether you're helping customers in our pick-your-own strawberry fields, working in our cozy café, making real fruit ice cream, or assisting in our adventure park, we have a spot for you! We are also looking for people who would like to work as part of our picking and packing team, alongside their customer service role.

We provide full training to ensure you're confident and ready to deliver the best experience to our visitors.

We have weekday (picking and packing) and weekend (customer service) hours available from October through to January/ February.

We are a busy summer destination, so availability on weekends and public holidays is essential (including the Christmas/New Year period).

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer-facing position (e.g. retail, hospitality) and/ or horticulture field work (picking and packing)
A friendly, outgoing personality
A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
Happy to work in an outdoor environment
