Front Of House Staff

We are excited to have positions available within our Front of House Team over the Summer here in beautiful Picton. Previous experience in the Food & Beverage Industry would be beneficial however full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Both Full Time & Part-Time Positions running from
December 1st 2024 - February 28th 2025 or April 22nd 2025

The role:
Serve food and beverages in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.
Maintain a good understanding of the products and promotions we have to offer.
Align and understand the culture of hospitality within Oxleys’.
Able to apply hospitality through all aspects of the guest’s journey.
Have a good understanding of our customer loyalty systems and how this impacts the business and local community.
Able to foster good relationships with staff, leaders, management, suppliers, and our customers.
Able to support and develop team members through leadership and training.
Understand and follow the company's cash handling policy, and cleanly complete daily reconciliation.
Understand the impact that order accuracy has on the cost of goods sold.
Understand and follow the company’s stock control policy.
Understand how to receive inward goods and complete stock takes.
Understand the impact hazards can have on the business, staff, and guests.
Understand and comply with all policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with liquor licenses.
Rates of Pay will be dependent on experience.
