We're seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team and help us continue delivering the best pizzas in the Bay.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team at Charlotte's Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in pizza dough preparation, fresh toppings, and cooking techniques, including the use of wood-fired .. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring every pizza we serve is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully crafted.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook pizzas according to Charlotte's Kitchen’s recipes and standards
- Manage pizza dough preparation, hand-stretching, and proofing
- Select and prepare fresh ingredients, including toppings and sauces
- Operate and maintain pizza ovens (wood-fired/traditional)
- Keep a clean, organized kitchen space in compliance with hygiene standards
- Work alongside the kitchen team to handle orders during peak hours
- Ensure consistency and quality in every pizza served

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role (1 - 2 years)
- Expertise in dough preparation and pizza-making techniques
- Familiarity with wood-fired ovens is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
