Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Campervan Rental Assistant to join our Christchurch team from November to March. This flexible, seasonal role is ideal for someone seeking a dynamic position with varied responsibilities. You’ll assist customers with vehicle pickups, and provide guidance to ensure they’re ready for an amazing road trip.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks and ensure campervans are prepared for hire.
- Assist with customer check-ins and vehicle handovers, explaining key features, safety tips, and itinerary advice.
- Provide on-site customer support, handling questions and coordinating with the team to ensure a smooth rental experience.
- Help us relocate campers between Christchurch & Auckland.
About You:
- You love the outdoors! We're a brand built on the passion of adventure.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with basic vehicle checks (full training provided, no mechanical experience necessary) and ensuring quality standards.
- Full driver’s license, either NZ or International.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or public holidays as needed.
