Night Manager & Housekeeper

The Glebe Apartments is a 36 unit apartment complex in the heart of Queenstown CBD. We have long term tenants as well as welcome nightly guests for hotel stays. We need a individual or couple to act as our over night managers, and daytime housekeeper(s)

Start Date: November 23rd
Onsite Accommodation Package Included

Night Manager Responsibilities:
- Hold an after hours guest services & emergency phone
- Do a security walk in the evening
- Monitor Fire Alarms
- Extra call out pay for helping guests

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
- Service and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
- Organize linen and supply inventories
- Clean common spaces and facilities
- Maintain courtyards, garages and walkways

What we are looking for:
Preferably a couple. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English speaking and comprehension skills required as this a fire marshal role, with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team. Good physical endurance with the ability to consistently complete 8 hours of physical work.

Must be available to work weekends and weekdays, with a flexible schedule. Some experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

Star date: Last week of November 2024. starting wage $26 plus holiday pay. Increased wage with maintenance or managment experience.

Between 30-40+ hours per week.
Onsite staff accommodation available in the center of town close to all pubs and restaurants

Must have valid working holiday visa or have residence
