Job Description

We are a successful waterproofing and specialised coating business based in Wellington. The business continues to grow and we are keen to have another installer join the team. This can become a permanent role for the right person.
We are well established and take pride in looking after each team member as a part of our family. We support each other and together aim to make a difference in how we work as a team to deliver the best quality service to our clients.
The work is varied – both commercial and residential.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of workmanship. This role requires both physical stamina and technical knowledge, as you will be working at heights and using various specialized tools and materials.
Safety is our top priority, and you must adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job. To be considered we are looking for the following qualities:

Prefer some experience
Some knowledge in various membranes- (rubber, torch on, liquid, sealant, TPO, bitumen)
Fit and strong
Honest and have integrity –take pride in your work
Pass a pre employment drug screen
Want to be part of a great team
Have fun on offer
Fantastic team environment
