Landscaping And Gardening Help January 2025

We live on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, a short distance from Whangarei and overlooking the famous Poor Knights Islands. We are surrounded by native bush, beautiful beaches and wide open spaces.

The past four years have been spent overseeing and participating in the building of our new home and we have ambitious plans for our landscaping and garden, which we have already started on.

Unfortunately my husband recently injured his back and has to be more careful in what he does so we would appreciate a strong fit young man to help us with some jobs. We are happy to provide very comfortable accommodation and good meals in return for one day on, one day off or similar arrangement, as this gives you more time to explore. I grow a lot of our vegetables organically and we eat local meat and fish where possible. We’re not TV watchers, preferring to spend our time outside in the Summer or out by the pool.

Ideal for an overseas Woofer or tourist here for some time who is looking to experience our local lifestyle. We offer a beautiful coastal environment on a farm by the sea with lots of interesting beaches and locations nearby to explore.

We are keen to host someone early January onwards for a week minimum and you will need your own vehicle to explore the area, with plenty of walking tracks, beaches and even a surf school nearby.
