Housekeeper - Some Experience

We are looking for a friendly and reliable person who can help with the cleaning of our centrally located motel units over the next couple of months for 10 to 20 hours per week.

You will be working from 10am until approximately 1.30pm, which leaves you free to either explore the area or work elsewhere in the village in the afternoons/evenings.

The job requires bed making, cleaning showers, basins and toilets, vacuuming, dusting and floor mopping. You need to be reasonably fit, have an eye for detail and be able to work under time pressure. Full and ongoing training will be provided.

From time to time, and depending on how busy the motel is, there could be other odd jobs as well, like helping in the laundry or the garden.

Accommodation can be provided for $200 (8 hours work) per week in our staff unit - your own private self-contained room with bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, power, internet, parking and garden access.

The hourly rate of $25 includes 8% holiday pay.

Applicants must have a valid NZ work visa.

This position is available from the middle of February for 2 months.
