Customer Service Assistant

Are you outgoing and love working with people? Do you have experience in a customer-facing role and a fast paced environment? If so, we want you on our team!

We are seeking motivated & energetic individuals to join our Customer Service team this season.

You will have the opportunity to learn a diverse range of skills in an exciting, ever-changing environment and gain experience in tourism. Full training will be provided.

You will have the maturity to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also be Health and Safety conscious and have a strong sense of responsibility for the safety of those around you. Candidates who hold a current first aid certificate are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a good level of fitness, be able to communicate and relate to both kids and adults, and have a practical, hands-on approach.

We are a busy summer destination, so availability on weekends and public holidays is essential. We require full availability over the Christmas/New Year Period. The ability to commit to work until the beginning of February is essential.

What We're Looking For:

- We require at least 1 years experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Candidates who have experience of using POS systems with EFTPOS and Credit Card Payments are preferred.
- You must have full availability across the Christmas & New Year Period (20th December - 3rd January, we are closed on Christmas Day).
- Any experience of working as a Full Service Barista, Bus Driver or Kitchen Hand should be stated in your application.
- A friendly, outgoing personality
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
- Happy to work in an outdoor environment
- Ability to commit to work until beginning of February
