What You’ll Do:
- Hustle Hard: Build connections and hunt down new business opportunities. Leads won't come to you, you will need to find opportunities that drive sales for the business.
- You will be required to cold call, door knock and hunt down business (this is a sales role first and foremost)
- Smash Goals: Set ambitious sales targets—and exceed them every time.
- KPI's include sales calls, client meetings, candidates met and registered but the ultimate goal is delivering margin for the business
- Bring Energy: Inject excitement into every call, meeting, and interaction.
