Home Help In Paradise

My Golden Lab and I need some help with easy fence and house trim painting, a bit of easy landscaping and general house cleaning in exchange for private room and bathroom and breakfast and dinner.
I have an electric spray gun to paint the fence :). Landscaping is pulling weeds and just keeping things tidy. General House Cleaning is dusting and vacuuming and sweeping up (mostly tile floors throughout etc)
If you love the beach and the waves this is paradise. Only 16 hours a week required.
300 meters from 90 mile beach and 2 km to Shipwreck Bay. Shipwreck Bay is well known for excellent surf with big, long rides. The bay is sandy with a few rocks around the point. Shipwreck Bay has two waves, with 'Wreck Bay' being the left-hand point break coming through onto the beach, and 'Peaks' further out, round to the west, also a left-hand point break. The 'Wreck' is a softer, cruisy wave with a nice long ride.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful and happy - no losers please!
