We’re seeking an experienced hospitality Duty Manager to join our team in
- Doolan Brothers -Ellerslie.
Role:
Management of staff on shift
Uphold Liquor Licensing laws
Carry out day-to-day running of the bar & restaurant
Training new employees
Stock control
Providing the high level of customer care our company strives for
Must be willing to work nights and weekends
We view this as a long-term position within our group and will provide coaching and training for personal growth. Starting with training plan to get you settled into the way Doolan Brothers do things.
Previous Experience:
Have a passion for the hospitality industry
Hold a valid managers cert for 1+ years
Have 1+ Years’ experience in similar leadership role
Have great written and oral communication
Able to work well within a team
