Calf Rear

We are seeking a motivated calf rearer to help us this coming season to rear 350 calves.

Previous dairy or calf rearing experience is preferred.but not essential

calving starts 25th July to end of September , may be have relief milker job after that for ideal applicant

You will be working closely with another rearer.

We have good facilities.

This is ideally a drive on position but accommodation will be provided if needed

we are located 15 minutes from Ashburton, hinds, methven, 5 minutes from mayfield

What we are looking for in this position:

Great time management and communication skills.

The ability to work independently and with other people

A high standard of animal health and record keeping
